Hello!
Our names are Yvonne & Bryan and we are very passionate about what we do. With the market in the current state that it is, we saw a real estate niche that needed to be addressed. Foreclosures are just a part of our business and they will be around for a while. It is a topic that very few people are knowledgable on so we thought we would create this website to help everyone out.

I moved up to the White Mountains in 2003 for the quality of life I had enjoyed here as a second home owner. I got into real estate in January of 2004 and have loved every minute of it.
I believe in getting involved in my industry. I am involved locally in the Women's Council of Realtors and have served as local leadership. Because of the people, knowledge and networking in WCR, I have moved on to State WCR leadership. I currently serve as the State Treasurer.
I also serve as a Board of Directors Member for the White Mountain Association of Realtors. It is rewarding to me to get feedback from my peers as to how we can satisfy their needs.
In my spare time I like to read, bead and walk my 80 pound puppy, Buddy.
